This is one of the photographs that I have taken while walking my dog.
The paint is peeling and rust is showing, but the resulting range of colors is beautiful. The cause is likely long-term deterioration from wind and rain, but I find that I would like to reach out and touch the wall myself and help the peeling along. The image's portrayal of texture must be very fine indeed to prompt such thoughts.(Judge:Kazuyuki Okajima)
