Our whole family sent greetings to the new life soon to be born. In July of this year a healthy baby girl was born so my daughter shown in the picture is now a big sister. |

The composition showing just the face of the child and the hands and leaving out the face of the pregnant woman has resulted in a photograph with a very strong impact. The use of monochrome further enhanced the simplicity and lucidity of the image. Careful decisions on what to put in the image and what to leave out have here resulted in a masterpiece.
