For me, the angle is the winning factor in this work. It is frequently the case that decisions made on what to shoot and how to shoot it determine whether the resulting image is successful, and here the decision to emphasize the presence of the penguin by shooting from an angle even lower than the penguin's line of sight is a clever move. I would guess that the photographer made the decision by visualizing the positioning before shooting. I think that always approaching the subject of the photograph with this kind of sensibility will make it possible to take photographs in an interesting way. |
