I photographed the Toka Ebisu Festival street stalls from the top of a building. Below the crowds were thick enough to make walking difficult, but from the normally unseen overhead perspective, the street stalls shine with a diaphanous light. |

Street stall tents likened to stained glass. This outstanding image is a product of the photographer's inquiring mind and multifaceted way of looking at the world. Here I find expressed an interesting idea as well as a line of sight that goes unseen by normal eyes. Artistic sense also shines in the title selection. |
