I made the acquaintance of some young people savoring the pleasures of summer vacation.
Like me, they will surely not forget this day's sunset. I think that I, also, became a part of their circle. |

As the sun sets, the rapidly changing coloration of the waning light is truly photogenic. An extremely interesting element of this photograph is the way that, with the coloration changing moment to moment, the silhouetted youths face the horizon and raise both hands as if to send a signal. Their youthfulness is clearly communicated. If they see this photograph years from now, it will surely prompt them to remember the colors and aromas of the moment, as well as the faces of their friends. Photographs can carry us back in time. |
