Yoshiaki Kobayashi
Kobayashi was born in Tokyo in 1969. He graduated from the Tokyo Photography College (currently the Tokyo Visual Arts College). His photography covers the range from shots of tiny natural scenes to vast landscapes, capturing the various gentle faces of nature. He relocated to Hokkaido in 2007 and has continued shooting on the themes of “Scenery of Life” and “Color of Light, Color of Wind”.
His many photo exhibitions include “Color of Light, Color of Wind — Part 2” and “Scenery of Life — From the Land of North”. He has also published a collection of photos entitled “Scenery of Life — Kushiro Marshland”. He was the 2012 PENTAX Calendar photographer. He also handled the photography for the PENTAX K-1 Mark II catalog.
