[For cutsomers of current camera models] In order to download pictures from a camera to a computer, no software from Ricoh is required. See this FAQ for the details.[Note] The all below are compatible with 32 bit only.

- *There is no plan to release the version compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 or greater.
- *There is no RDC-i Mounter software that supports Intel-based Macintosh computers. If you want to transfer images to an Intel-based Macintosh computer, we would recommend using a memory card reader, if you have one.
- *There is no RDC-i Mounter software that is compatible with Mac OS X 10.4 or greater, and the RDC-i700 / RDC-i500 cameras. For both cameras, please use the RDC-i Mounter ver. 5.8 in Mac OS X 10.3 or less versions, or the RDC-i software in Mac OS 9 system. If you want to transfer images in Mac OS X 10.4 or greater, we would recommend using a memory card reader, if you have one.
Note for other Ricoh camera models that are not listed above
- *If your Ricoh software does not support Mac OS X, we recommend using a memory card reader if you have one, or connecting a camera in Mac OS 9. Please see this tip for the details.
