  • *b1)This is the option to set the upper limit of the ISO sensitivity. Comparing with the AUTO, the shutter speed will become faster in a dark scene, which will reduce camera shake or blurring of the subject.
AUTO-HI is selectable from; ISO 200, ISO 400, ISO 800, ISO 1600, or ISO 3200.
  • *b2) If you press the shutter release half way, the AF feature will work, but if you fully press the shutter release button at once, the camera will take a picture with a configured distance without AF work.
  • *b3)The camera will do preliminaries on focus, corresponding with changes on the subject, even if you will not yet press the shutter release half way.
  • *b4)No external AF.
  • *b5)When setting the aperture, the camera uses a combination of aperture and ND filter. Available number of f-stop varies depending on the zoom positions. 2 steps in wide-side, 3 steps in tele-side.
  • *b6)The available aperture values (f-number) vary depending on the zoom positions.
  • *b7) This mode allows you to choose a combination of f-number and shutter speed.
  • *b8) This mode allows you to adjust shutter speed manually. When you set the shutter speed, the camera automatically selects the appropriate aperture value for that speed. If [Shutter Speed Auto Shift] is set to [On] in this mode, the camera will automatically adjust shutter speed for optimal exposure in the case that the selected shutter speed by the user will result for over exposure or under exposure.
  • *b9)This mode allows you to adjust aperture and shutter speed manually. (Some shutter speed may not be available manually depending on the aperture value.)
  • *b10) With Dynamic Range Double shot, two consecutive pictures are taken with different exposures and then the areas with the appropriate exposure are combined together.
  • *b11) The Noise reduction ISO options will not be available with the Noise reduction Off.
  • *b12) For scenes mixed with sunlight, shadow, flash lights, etc., the camera automatically selects the optimal white balance to fit the light source of each segregated area of the image.
  • *b13)Normal continuous (While pressing the shutter release button, the camera takes multiple pictures continuously).
  • *b14)This is the option to choose the flash synchro timing from either [1st Curtain] or [2nd Curtain].
  • *b15) When you choose the [Manual Flash] in the Flash mode, you can control the flash manually.
  • *b16)Auto resize zoom works with the maximum image size only.
  • *b17) [QK-AF] or [FR-AF] is selectable for auto focus speed. This option is available from the firmware version 1.07 or greater.
