[Question] Is there Macintosh software for my camera?

In order to transfer pictures in a camera to a computer, the following model and Mac OS versions do not require any specific software/driver from RICOH.
The following model supports the USB mass storage connection, which works with the standard USB driver including respective operating systems.

Connecting a camera is too simple, with the following method.
    • 1Only for the models below: Check your camera setting if the USB connection is set to the [Mass storage] (default.)
      • CX6, GR DIGITAL IV, CX5, CX4, Caplio GX100, Caplio R6
    • 2Connect the camera using a USB cable provided to a USB port of a Macintosh computer.
    • 3The camera will automatically appear as a volume in the desktop.
    • 4Open the volume, the images will be located in the [100 RICOH] folder.
    • 5You can copy the images by drag-and-drop to a folder you like.
  • *There is no picture download software for the models above available in the ricoh.com website.
