Experiment #02: Using High Contrast B&W mode

The Report to the Director

The Report to the DirectorThis experiment showed that taking pictures in High Contrast B&W gives images surprising contrast enhancement and a grainy texture. Unlike the noise produced by high-sensitivity photography, the graininess in High Contrast B&W mode comes from large, contrasted particles, creating a snappy, bold look.
All you have to do is select High Contrast B&W mode from the SCENE mode choices. Use it to try a whole new brand of photography!

Until next time!
