Features / Specifications
- New HD coating
- This lens uses a new-generation multicoating that reduces the reflection rate in the visible spectrum up to 50% more than conventional multicoating. This enables the reduction of flare and ghosting for the shooting of clear, high-contrast images even under backlighting and other adverse conditions.
- Drip-proof construction
- This lens uses a drip-proof construction for preventing water from getting inside the lens. Combined with PENTAX digital SLR cameras also using a drip-proof construction enables use in rainy or foggy conditions, or other locations exposed to water for enhanced durability and reliability.
- This lens uses Quick-Shift Focus System for enabling manual focus operation after focusing by AF without any switching operation.
