Premium Function
The Premium Function are optional purchasable functions designed to add unique imaging functions not available with the camera’s standard features.

Grad ND Simulator
The Grad ND (Neutral Density) Simulator adds a distinctive visual effect to your images, as if they were captured using an optical gradation ND filter.

Astrophoto Assist
Astrophoto Assist is a premium function that packages together three features useful in astrophotography: Star AF, Remote Control Focus Fine Adjust and Astrophoto Image Processing.

How to activate Premium Function
- When purchasing a Premium Function for your camera, you are required to enter the camera’s serial number and submit a photo of the serial number.
- 1. After the serial number is confirmed, a two-dimensional matrix barcode will be created for you.
- 2. Switch your camera on, and select the
5 "Limited Function" listing on the menu screen. - 3. After selecting the "Purchased Function" listing on the menu, point your camera at the two-dimensional matrix barcode while depressing the Read Unlock Key.
- 4. When "The following Functions have been enabled" appears on the screen, the purchased function is properly installed on your camera.
How to confirm successful activation of the purchased function
- A Premium Function that has been successfully activated is indicated without a lock symbol in the 5 "Limited Functions" listing on the menu screen.
