[Question] Is it possible to take a picture with a fixed aperture?

Yes. You can set an aperture value manually with the Mode Dial to "A" (Aperture priority mode.)
If you take a picture with the aperture priority mode, a shutter speed will be set automaticaly with a fixed aperture value.
You can choose an aperture value in 12 steps (F2.4 - F9.0.)
