How to Request the Service

  • Please submit your request by sending the product to our Repair Service Center via courier service or Yu-Pack, or by bringing it in person.
  • Our Pickup Repair Service is also available.

Important Notes When Requesting the Service

  • This service is available only upon request from the original purchaser who purchased the product in Japan.
  • To verify the identity of the applicant, we will ask to confirm a valid form of identification.
    If you request this service via courier service or Yu-Pack, please enclose a copy of the applicant’s identification (driver’s license, passport, My Number Card, or health insurance card). The copy of the identification will be returned together with the product upon completion of the service.
  • This service is limited to one use per person and one product only.
  • This service must be requested directly by the customer who purchased the product. Applications submitted through our authorized dealers or retailers will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept requests to change the language menu from another region’s language menu.
    Please request this service in the country where the product was purchased.
  • Once the language menu has been changed, it cannot be reverted to the original setting.
  • When sending the product via courier service or Yu-Pack, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
