How to Update
- Download [dc_software_g800se.zip] in your computer and decompress it.
- Find the [Setup.exe] in the [Disk 1] folder, and double click to run the setup, and then follow the instructions.
- After rebooting a PC, if the Windows security alert may appear, check the program name on the message. About the [DL-10] from Ricoh, click the [Unblock] button.
If DC software has installed in PC, Setup.exe deletes it once. After this, please run Setup.exe again.

- The function of "Synchronize Clock" won't work when more than one G800SE accesses to a SR-10 at the same time.
[18, April 2018] SR-10 (Ver. 1.2.0.13)
modified the following problem
- SR-10 cannot receive a large size file of movie.
- Buffer Overflow occurrence.
[25, August 2016] SR-10 (Ver. 1.2.0.12)
modified the following problem
- Tmp file is remained in a received folder of SR-10 after the below message appears when using SR-10 with EX1:
"Untiled file was not found." or "Sharing violation occurred while accessing untitled file."
Also update EX1 software when updating SR-10.

- After specifying places of 'Secret Key File' and 'Server Certificate File' at [FTPS] tab, these places are unable to be blanked.
- After operation of registration or deregistration at 'Register File' tab, the specified secret key file and server certificate file at 'FTPS' tab are deleted.
