Troubleshooting / Failure diagnosis
[Symptom]
- •"Unmatched file" message appears.
[Solution]
A camera cannot display the file. Delete that file or format a memory card in a camera.
Note:
- •Formatting will erase all images in a memory card.
- •If any pictures that you need stored in the memory card, download these pictures to a computer first.
- •If you have some difficulty to download pictures from a camera, please try using a memory card reader/writer to read that memory card.
