[Question] Let me know about recall or edit My setting option registered in the My Settings box (6 sets in maximum).
Turning the mode dial to MY1, MY2, or MY3 allows you to take a picture with a set that was registered beforehand.
Moreover, you can save a My setting into the [My Settings Box] in advance. The My setting box can store up to 6 sets, and you can recall a My setting from the box to register it to MY1, MY2, or MY3. Also, you can rename a My setting registered in the box.

Register a My setting to [My Settings Box]

1.My setting box registration is available from [Key Custom Options] in the setup menu > [Reg. My Settings].

2.The [Reg. My Settings] will appear, choose the [My Settings Box] with the
button, and press the
button.

3.The [Save My Settings (Box)] will appear, then choose a box from [1] to [6] with the
buttons.
- 4.Press the [MENU/OK] button.
If you choose a blank box, it will be named with a current date and time. If you want to cancel the registration, press the DISP. button.

If you choose [Yes] with the
buttons, a new set will be registered with the same name. If you choose [No], the name will be overwritten with a current date and time, and register a new set.

Recall a My setting frome [My Settings Box]
For My setting assignment from the [My Settings Box] into the mode dial ([MY1], [MY2], or [MY3]), follow the steps below.
- 1.The assignment will be available from [Key Custom Options] in the Setup menu > [Recall My Settings].

2.Choose a name in the Mode dial with the
buttons, and press the
button.
The example above shows that [MY 2] is chose.
- 3.Choose the setting that you'd like to assign from the My settings box, and press [MENU/OK] button. If you want to cancel the assignment, press the DISP. button
- The example above is chose the [2].

The following screen shows the example that the set has been registered to [MY2] in the mode dial. This screen will appear a few seconds and return the [Key Custom Options] menu.

- The following screen shows the example that step 3 has been registered into [MY2].

Like the above steps, if you assign a My setting from the [My Settings Box] to the MY1, MY2, or MY3, and then if you edit the settings in the My settings Box, a setting in MY1, MY2 or M3 will be reflected to the contents that you edited in the My Settings Box.For editing My setting contents in the MY1 - MY3, or in the My Settings Box, follow the steps below.
Edit a My setting
For editing My setting contents in the MY1 - MY3, or in the My Settings Box, follow the steps below.
- 1.Editing will be available from [Key Custom Options] in the Setup menu > [Edit My Settings].

2.The Edit My Settings screen will appear. Choose MY1, MY2, or MY3 with the
buttons, and press the
button to edit them. Or for editing the items saved in the My Settings Box, choose the [My Settings Box] as follows, then press the
button.

Choose a setting in the My Settings Box to press the button to go to an edit screen.

- 3.The contents that you can set will be displayed.

Choose an item with the
buttons, then change a setting. If you choose [Name], you can rename it here. For the details, see the steps below.
- 4.After changing settings, press the [MENU/OK] button. The contents will be saved and the screen will return to the Key Custom Options menu.If you choose the [Name] in the editing window in the step 3 above, you can rename them. For the details, follow the steps below.
Rename a My setting

1.With the step 3 above, choose the [Name], and press the
button.
[Name] screen will appear, and the current name of the My setting will be displayed.
The current name will be selected all like the above. If you change it to a new name, go to the step 3 below.

2.If you want to change a part of the name;
Press thebuttons. The selection on the name will be released and the yellow cursor will appear.

Move the cursor with thebuttons.

3.The Move the cursor with the
button to the alphabets area.
To choose a letter, use the
buttons then press the [MENU/OK] button.
- •A selected letter will be inserted to the position of the highlighted cursor.
- •In order to delet a letter, move to the cursor to the letter in the name area, and choose the [Delete].
- •Use the Fn 2 button to shift the letter (capital - small). The available letters are alphabets, numbers, and some symbols (see the figures above and below).
- •A name can be up to 32 letters long.
- •Use the DISP. button to cancel a name change.

- 4. After changing settings, press the ADJ. lever. The name will be revised and return to the screen below.

If you'd like to change the other items, use the buttons to go to that item setting. After completing the changes, press MENU/OK button.
- •If you change the contents in the My Settings Box, these changes will be reflected to the MY1, MY2, or MY3.
- •If you edit the contents in MY1, MY2, or MY3 directly, these changes will not reflected to the original setting in the My Settings Box. And after these changes, if you edit the contents in the My Settings Box, any changes will not become reflected to the MY1, MY2, or MY3.
