[Question] Details on Electronic Level setting.
The tilt indicator and level beep allow you to check whether the subject is level or not.
Use when shooting level subjects such as landscapes and building. It is particularly useful for compositions in which the horizon is visible.
You can adjust the Level setting in the Setup menu or by using the [DISP.] button. This section explains the level settings using the [DISP.] button.

| 1. | Press and hold the [DISP.] button when the camera is ready to shoot. |

| 2. | The options will be displayed after about 2 seconds. |

| 3. | Select the desired setting using  , and press the [MENU/OK] button. |
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Off | The tilt indicator is not displayed. |
| Display | The tilt indicator is displayed. |
| Disp + Snd | The tilt indicator is displayed and the level beep sounds periodically when the camera is level. |
| Sound | The level beep sounds periodically when the camera is level. The tilt indicator is not displayed. |

| • | The tilt indicator is displayed in the Indicator displayed mode, or the Indicator + Histogram mode in the shooting display options. |
| • | If the camera is tilted too much, the tilt indicator becomes red and the scale shows in the opposite end of the direction which a camera tilted to. |
| • | The tilt indicator works even if the camera is in the lengthwise direction. |
| • | You can change the Level setting options also in the Setup menu. |
| • | The tilt beep will not sound if the [Volume Settings] has been muted (off), even if [Disp + Snd] or [Sound] have been selected in the [Level Settings].The [Volume Settings] options are available in the Setup menu. |
