[Question] What is LCD auto dimmer mode?
When [LCD Auto Dim] is set to [On], the picture display dims to conserve battery power if the camera is not moved for approximately five seconds. Move the camera or press any button to return to the original picture display brightness.
The default setting is [On].
The procedures for changing LCD auto dimmer mode settings are shown below.

The [LCD Auto Dim] setting is disabled in Synchro monitor mode.

- 1Press the [MENU] button. The shooting menu or playback menu appears.
- 2Press the [ADJ./OK] button

- If the camera is in Scene mode or Continuous mode, press the [ADJ./OK] button
to select the [MODE] tab.
- After that, press the [ADJ./OK] button down twice to display the setup menu.
- 3Press the [ADJ./OK] button

to select [LCD Auto Dim], and then press it to the right.
- 4Press the [ADJ./OK] button
to select [On], and then press the [ADJ./OK] button.
