Thank you for using PENTAX *ist D /*ist DS digital SLR camera.
PENTAX wishes to announce the release of the Updater for update the PENTAX PHOTO Browser and PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory for version 2.10.
This Updater will support the *ist D user to be able to use the current software (2.0) that attached with *ist DS camera, and even improved some function of current software.
For correct update, you are required to be installed previous version of PENTAX PHOTO Browser, PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory (1.0, 1.10, 1.11 or 2.0) before hand on your PC.
Please download the Updater file on your PC first, and update it.

* Improved the speed of processing.

Changed and added points of update version 2.10 from previous version 2.0 for *ist DS user.
[PENTAX PHOTO Browser 2.1] * The thumb-nail image is displayed quicker than before.
* Deleted the branch line from the tree view.
* Even the thumb-nail image has a check mark with it, it will not be displayed when other images are selected to display on the main frame.
[PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory 2.1] * Improved image quality at the processing RAW image procedure.
* In the Histgram view, non prior items are also viewable by colored outline.
* Improved the transaction efficiency when multiple RAW files are processing.
 
Download

Please download and save the [pblud021.sit] or [pblud021.pkg.sit] into appropriate folder on your Hard disk
When you de-compress the [pblud021.sit] or [pblud021.pkg.sit] , the Updater [pblud021] (for MacOS9) or [pblud021.pkg] (for MacOSX) will be generated.
For de-compress the file, please use StuffIt Expander

Update

You are required to be installed original version of PENTAX PHOTO Browser, PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory before hand on your PC.
(1) Please shut down all application software.
(2) Double click the [pblud021] (for MacOS9) or [pblud021.pkg] (for MacOSX) icon and follow the on screen prompts to complete the update. (you may be prompted to enter your system password to perform the update).
(3) The PENTAX PHOTO Browser and the PENTAX PHOTO Laboratory will show version 2.10.
