Shooting with Toy Camera mode strengthens color saturation compared to normal shooting. Certain colors become very vivid, giving a more intense visual impact than the colors you saw with your eyes. In addition, it is easy to create a tunnel effect in which the four corners are dark and only the center of the image is bright.

Shooting with Miniaturize mode creates images that look just like photos of a diorama. You can freely select the width and vertical/horizontal position of the area in focus. Using this mode, I was able to easily shoot with unusual focusing in which only the model herself was in clear focus while the glass reflection was blurred.

For skillful portrait photography, camera operations are, of course, important, but it is also very important to seek out the right expression, moment, angle, etc. With the camera in one hand, closely observe your subject. And don't forget the important role of communication in eliciting a good expression. One shortcut to good portrait photos is to insure that both the photographer and the subject to enjoy the photo session.
