Set the focus position

Which leaves to focus on among a large amount of foliage will make a big difference in the impression your picture makes. Focusing toward the back and blurring the front is called front blurring. It results in impressive pictures in which the shape, size, and coloration of the front blurring is creative. The opposite is called back blurring.

If you want to show the surroundings, don’t blur them too much

If you want to convey a sense of the surroundings or the environment, try not to blur the focus too much. Use a narrower aperture to avoid blurring. Alternatively, not getting too close to the subject is also effective. If you use a narrower aperture, the shutter speed will get slower, so you need to be careful about camera shake. Whenever possible, try to use a tripod to take sharp pictures without camera shake.
