[Question] Is Macintosh computer supported? Does Macintosh software come with the package ?
For picture downloads:There is no software available that come with the camera body. But if your Macintosh computer is compatible with the mass storage mode, it will be able to connect to a camera without any software from Ricoh. See the following tip for the details.
EDCKB001: Is there Macintosh software for my camera ?
For RAW file (*.dng)
In order to open or edit a RAW file (*.dng) from GXR, please use the software application that is compatible with DNG format. There is no Macintosh software for that in the package.
For MP file viewing:
The VM-1 software comes with the camera body.
