[Question] How to set / authenticate a password (camera lock - Barcode)

• Choose/Change password
• Password authentication

[Choose/Change password]

• 1Go to Setup menu, then choose [Choose/Change Password].

• 

• 2Choose [Barcode] in the screen below, and click [OK].

• 

• 3[Read Barcode] screen is displayed.

• 
  Like the figure above, point the camera to make the barcode into the blue frame. Press the [MENU/OK] button.
  If you want to cancel it, press the [DISP.] button.

• 4The camera reads the barcode. After succeeding the password reading, the password has been set. It returns to the menu screen.
  If barcode reading fails; such as the camera cannot focus on the barcode, or the barcode is out of the blue frame; the message like below will be displayed.

  Choose [Yes] and press the [MENU/OK] button. It returns to the [Read Barcode] screen, then try again with the step 3.

[Password authentication]

• 1You will be asked when the password authentication is required.

• 
  Point the camera to make the barcode into the blue frame. Press the [MENU/OK] button.

• 2If the authentication fails, you will be asked again as follows.

• 
  Choose [Yes] and press the [MENU/OK] button. It returns to the [Read Barcode] authentication, then point the camera to make the configured barcode into the blue frame, then press the [MENU/OK] button.
