It is the GW-2 that is recommended to use with the GR DIGITAL III.

The GW-1 (wide conversion lens) is specially for the GR DIGITAL II, and GR DIGITAL. Due to the difference on filter diameter, the GW-1 cannot be used with the GR DIGITAL III.
