[Question] How do I assign functions to the ADJ. lever?

Assigning functions to the ADJ. lever allows you to quickly display various shooting setting screens with fewer button operations and without displaying shooting menu.
You can assign functions to the ADJ. lever using [ADJ Lever Setting 1] ~ [ADJ Lever Setting 4].

The functions that can be assigned to the ADJ. lever are shown below.
• As default, functions are already assigned to the lever (see the chart below), but these can be changed to the following functions.

In the SCENE mode, the ADJ Lever is assigned as follows. The items are fixed and the ADJ Lever assignment is unavailable.

The procedures for assigning functions to [ADJ Lever Setting 1] ~ [ADJ Lever Setting 4] are shown below.

1 Press the [MENU/OK] button. The Shooting menu appears.

If In the SCENE mode, select the [MODE] tab by pressing Left. Then press Down twice to display the [Key Custom Options] menu.

3 Press Right, select [ADJ Lever Setting 1] ~ [ADJ Lever Setting 4] using Up or Down , and press Right again.

Select the option by pressing Up or Down. In this example, [ADJ Lever Setting 1] is selected.


4 Press the [MENU/OK] button. Or, press Left and then press the [MENU/OK] button.
The option selected in step 3 is assigned to [ADJ Lever Setting 1].


[Using ADJ. Lever]
In order to select an option currently assigned to the ADJ. Lever, press the ADJ. lever while the camera is in a Shooting mode. After the camera has changed into ADJ. mode, press the ADJ. Lever to the left or right, or press Left or Right to select an option. In the example below, [White Balance], [ISO], [Picture Quality] and [Image Settings] have been assigned to [ADJ Lever Setting 1] ~ [ADJ Lever Setting 4].

Press Up or Down to select a value in a desired ADJ. Lever setting, and press the ADJ. lever or press the [MENU/OK] button to fix the setting.
