Ricoh Photography Contest Exhibition
Entries including winning photographs from contest as well as professional photographers to be displayed.
Tokyo, Japan - March 10 - Ricoh Co., Ltd. announced today it will hold an exhibition featuring photographs submitted for the Seventh Ricoh Photography Competition (application period: November 28, 2007 to February 16, 2008). The Ricoh Photography Exhibition will be held at Ginza Yokyo Hall in Tokyo from Thursday, April 3 to Sunday, April 6, 2008.
The Seventh Ricoh Photography Competition had the theme of "Beautiful Colour," with submissions being made via the website. A total of 34 photographs were selected as prize winners, including an overall Grand Prize winner.
This exhibition will feature photographs submitted to the contest, including the winning photos, as well as those taken by professional photographers. A total of about 1,100 will be on display.
As additional attraction for Ricoh digital camera fans, images used in the Caplio GX100 special catalogue* from four selected photographers are also scheduled to be on display.
Winning photos will also be presented on the Ricoh website at the following URL from April 6th 2008.
